This townhouse has three levels - upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the washer/dryer. The middle level consists of the kitchen, porch, and living room with one bathroom. The base level is a den/library with a garage and bathroom. There are two doors - one on the middle level opening up to the living room, the other on the base level adjacent to the garage. The room I am looking to rent out is the largest in the townhouse by dimensions and has its own private walk-in bathroom and closet. There is parking available both in a private driveway, with a parking pass (non-numbered spots), and free parking on the adjacent street to the neighborhood.

I am a 28-year old finance professional. I work primarily from home, with some commuting/travel. I have no pets and am generally quiet. I work late hours on occasion. I am open to roommates who have pets, provided they are house-trained and not destructive (e.g., tearing up furniture). There is plenty of available space upstairs and on the living room/kitchen level, so potential roommates are encouraged to bring furniture.
