Large (3600 s/f), completely remodeled single story home in gated community of Southern Highlands area of Las Vegas. The room one is a completely furnished room (looks like a high price hotel room). Wall mounted smart TV, small desk, new furniture. Private bathroom. House has pool and spa (if you have children they need to know how to swim). House is decorated like a model. LED fireplace, 85“ TV, workout room and more. The master is located on the opposite side of the house so you won’t be bothered. I work long hours on the computer, workout and long walks. Non-smoking house. I am an lifelong entrepreneur, mainly software companies. Definitely not looking for romance! (Their is a kitten, Milo, incase you’re allergic to cats).

Looking for a professional or could be a student (20+). Also, a single mom with one child (must know how to swim). Bottom line is a steady job. The room should rent for much more monthly but I’m looking for a quality person more than money.
