Looking for a male roommate. We have one unfurnished bedroom available in our two bedroom/one bathroom house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and central AC throughout. It includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. On-Street Parking.
Centrally located in Miami, in Allapatah, near Miami International Airport, Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, and Wynwood. There is a bus station less than a block away, 15 15-minute walk to two Metrorail stations, and 5 min drive to the Jackson Memorial Hospital
Clean and responsible people only- no couples, no overnight visitors, no parties at home, and no smoke.
The rent is month-to-month. One month rent and a 50% security deposit moves you in.
About the roomies
My background is in the IT Field, and I work remotely. You must be okay with dogs. Students and Clean- easy-going people are preferred! No couples.
