I am looking for another single female to occupy this room. You’ll get your own bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, kitchen and living room access, access to the on-site gym and pools. The room and bathroom (which is directly adjacent to the room) will be completely emptied at move in. Utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc), renter insurance, etc. are not included and will be split down the middle(~$130.95). Right down the street from La Sierra University, a few minutes away from target, Kaiser, grocery stores, the 91 freeway, Tyler mall and more!

My current roommate will be moving out so it will only be me here. I am a full time employee and work during the day. My schedule is basically eat, sleep, gym, work, repeat. I am looking for someone to sign another lease term with. If you are clean and ok with quiet hours during the week nights, message me!
