Large fenced in backyard with hot tub, in house laundry room, finished basement. Garage with multi car driveway (fits 4 cars). 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 bathroom downstairs. Garage disposal and dishwasher. Dinning room. Lots of natural light. The room that is available is small, has a large window and a small closet. There is a bonus room downstairs that could also be yours since the bedroom upstairs is small.

2 females live in the house currently. 1 roommate has two dogs (1 big, 1 small), well trained and friendly, ESA approved. 1 roommate goes to UW Parkside and the other works as a technician. We love pizza and pasta!
