About the room
Im subleasing my room in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment. Available October 1. Rent is $650/month plus utilities and trash. The lease ends April 15, 2024.
My room is 11x11, and the bathroom is shared. The in-unit full size washer and dryer and kitchen stove were all new when I moved in as well as new hardwood floring and carpet. The apartment is located literally right off the highway so commuting is a breeze! There is a large fenced-in backyard as well. Its a duplex-style with our apartment on bottom and another 2 bed/1 bath above us. Its located on a residential street on the west side of town. Zip code 80907.
