The Canyon - Enjoy amazing sunset views or decompress in the 1/2 acre canyon garden with a private deck, great for yoga, meditation, reading and relaxing in the hammock. Ii have a chicken coop with 4 chickens and fresh eggs! Feel free to create your own space in nature for gardening or art.
The Location - a quiet neighborhood in basically a cul-de-sac (no random cars driving through). North Clairemont. Centrally located, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown. One block from miles of amazing hiking, trail running, and mountain biking trails.

About the roomies
Im the homeowner and only other person living in the house. I work from home most days doing cybersecurity. I train usually twice a day 6am/6pm in JiuJitsu, HIIT, triathlon stuff. I surf and go to yoga. I like to spend my weekends outside or at the beach or on trips with friends. I also love working in the canyon, always finding new things to build or do. I like keeping the house clean and organized, always presentable.
