Hi, we are renting a furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer) private bedroom with a private bathroom in our newly remodeled 4b/4b house located in Pleasant Hill by Sunvalley Mall.

Walking distance to DVC, grocery stores, and restaurants. Easy access to Highway 4 and 680. Bus stop around the corner.

The home has hardwood floors and free use of washer/dryer located on site. You will have access to all common areas, including a nice living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Also, there are beautiful and peaceful seating areas in our backyard to sit and relax under fruit trees (peach, grapes, plum, orange, apple, apricot, lemon, lime, loquat, blueberry and avocado).

***The rent for this furnished bedroom with private bathroom is $1100/ month and $150/month for utilities (total $1250 monthly). The utilities included are fast unlimited internet/ Wi-Fi, water, landscaping, gas, electric and garbage.

This furnished bedroom includes a twin sized bed, a night stand, lamps, a desk, and a chair.

***We prefer renting to someone clean and responsible, who pays rent on time, and who does NOT smoke or vape (at least never at or around the house). We live in a drug-free environment.

***ONE occupant only (no couples). No pets are allowed. SIX-month lease required.

Currently, there are three female tenants (30s and 40s) who work full time. They are clean, quiet, respectful and easygoing people.

***Good rental history. Proof of income required.

Credit and background check done through Transunion ($40).

First month $1250+ $1500 security deposit (refundable) = $2750 (Total move-in).
