The great things about this apartment are: it is situated in the heart of Old Colorado City, so plenty of cute shops and restaurants. It’s right on the I-24. You would have total privacy with your own bathroom. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. They’re quiet and respectful. I’ve lived here nearly a year and had no problems with any of the other tenants. If you do have a pet(s) it’s only an additional $30 a month for each one. There is also a $35 application fee.

I am pretty laid back and a bit of a homebody. If I’m not at work, I’m probably reading or watching TV. I’ve lived in the Springs for almost 3 years. Before that I lived in LA. I do vape nicotine inside, so if you vape, that isn’t a problem. I don’t do drugs. I don’t have any pets or plants, but am not averse to them. I like to think I’m nice and friendly :)
