room in 2-bedroom apartment available for the rest of a lease which ends 11 July 2024.

it’s a pretty new building with new appliances, washer and dryer in unit, AC on first floor and electric heating on second floor. i’m happy to share kitchen stuff.

listed rent doesn’t include internet (25$/month/person) or electric. dogs and cats are allowed with a pet fee.

no smoking inside.

neighbors are umaine students.

lease ends July 11 2024. i’m not subletting so you’ll be added to the lease. landlord will probably want a background check or something.

security deposit will be prorated based on time left on the lease (ie. 800*[portion of leasing period left]). i listed it as being $500 based on a December 13th move-in date but if you move in later it’s less.
