Trigg's room

The Casita is a newly constructed back second 238 sq. Ft. structure tucked away on a 10,000 sq. ft. residential lot. It has high slanted ceilings and tons of windows looking out onto the yard and nature which makes the space feel bigger and gives the feel of a private retreat. High speed Wi-Fi is extended to the unit. There’s a full bathroom with shower stall and floating vanity. A kitchenette houses a mini fridge, hot plate, and microwave. The unit has a ceiling fan, its own Heat / AC mini split, plus programmable heated floors. The front structure is a single family residence on a quiet residential neighborhood street. Ample free street parking is available and access to the unit would be from the side gate entrance, traverse the side yard, pool deck, and finished yard to reach the Casita. Two small dogs live on the premises and will be out in the yard occasionally. We are a family with a 4yr old. Adjacent to the Casita is an outdoor BBQ, adjacent seating area, and our child’s play yard. On occasion, we’ll be in relatively close proximity to the front of the Casita. Also we have a garden area adjacent which adds to the ambiance, but also needs to be maintained. Besides the homeowners being around, a gardener and pool guys come every two weeks during daytime hours. Laundry is in the garage of the single family residence and access days and times would need to be established. Gas, Electric, Garbage Included. Water responsibility of tenant.

We are a multilingual family (Português/English) with a radiant four year old. We have two older small dogs (a Yorkshire and hotdog mix).
