Sandy's room

Available two bedrooms and one bath that is accessable from one of the bedrooms. There is a bed and some furniture in each room but can be moved out if necessary.

It’s just me, a 52 year old single female (reminds me of SWF-if you laugh at that movie refence we’ll get along!) and my senior boxer (dog) Toby. Looking for another single female to rent an upstairs bedroom (you can have access to both bedrooms located side-by-side to use as an office/tv/small storage space if you want) with shared access to kitchen, living area and half-bath downstairs. The community is three years old, clean and friendly, has a pool and is a mile from the Marietta Square. Great for walking/biking to shopping and restaurants. Outside driveway parking.
