Spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood in Cedar Grove, tucked away of East and 15th. 10 minutes to Walmart/Publix, 15 minutes from St. Andrews and 20 minutes to the beach. The front bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and closet and can get what ever other furniture you’d like if needed. Has a closet too. There is a bathroom that is shared with the guest room (if you’d like to have guests you’re welcome too) Small gym in the garage, washer & dryer and spacious yard.

Hello I’m Gen! I work for the airlines in NYC/JFK and I’m gone 2 weeks at a time/home for 2 weeks at a time. I’m a quiet professional who loves water activities such as diving and supping. When I’m home, I’m either out on the water or cooking. I don’t really do late nights, non smoker, due to being federal I have a drug free home/zero 420 tolerance.
