I offer a private furnished bedroom, bathroom, and carport parking spot, plus living room with very large TV and leather seating all around, PS4 gamer, washer and dryer, Kitchen access, shared side-by-side refrigerator space, extra storage space . I do all the cleaning outside your room and all the dish washing. You just keep your young-swm-space✔ tidy and undamaged. The first 2 weeks we see if we get along. If not, you get all your money back, providing there has been no damage in your room. I have 2 cats.
