North Litchfield Road

Hi, I am currently moving into the property, and I have an extra bedroom that I figured I would rent out. I currently only have a video of the apartment, and it won’t let me upload it, so if you message me and you’re interested, I can send you a video of the apartment because I just viewed it, or you can look up the apartment it is called Park shadows in Goodyear. We would go half on everything. I won’t overcharge you, so for rent, we would go and split down the middle for utilities as well. If we get the Internet, we will break it down the middle. There is a backyard with us, and it’s a great community. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment. The whole complex is one story, it looks like a little neighborhood. We would be moving in around the same time. I am looking for someone asap, before october. The rent is a little over 1400, so if we split down the middle, it will be about 750.

It is only going to be me. I am 21 years old. I am in college at ASU, and I am a substitute teacher. I am currently teaching seventh grade., I am looking for a female roommate, and I do not mind pets. I have one cat myself, so if you have an animal, you can bring them. I am a very quiet person, but I don’t mind if you are not like me, I do smoke, so if smoking is something you’re not comfortable with this probably might not be the apartment for you. I don’t smoke cigarettes, though, if you do smoke, I do not mind.
