The room is 180 SF, you have your own bathroom and Personal office/living space if you want it. There is a washer/dryer, AC , a one car garage used for gear and storage, a driveway and street parking. I have a good sized fenced backyard. The house is in the Woodstock area, walking distance to new seasons, Proper pint and the heist food carts.

I am 33, work full time and love to run/bike, dance and read. I work from home three days a week and leave town at least one weekend a month to visit friends or family. I have two cats who live with a dog currently (the dog is moving out). I am introverted, so I do enjoy spending time at home but I do a lot of activities outside of the house as well.
