The other roommate is Alessio, he has two cats, Pauly and Vinny. His parents own the condo and are the property landlord. He likes to cook and the living room and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked. Nice and new appliances in kitchen. If you have a cat that gets along with his two cats, that might be an option they’d consider with a pet deposit. Dogs wouldn’t be a good fit.
