Hello :) I moved here from NY a few years back, originally from Mpls, MN. As far as myself, I’m pretty easy going. I don’t have a lot of rules other than respect the space, keep it tidy, and pay rent on time. If you have any specific boundaries, totally cool. I’m into art, reading, cooking, music. In all honesty, I’m not home a whole whole lot as I work in office, travel, and stay downtown a couple nights per week. I do like to have people over, but we can certainly work that out if you have preferences in that regard. No pets currently, but open to them! Not looking for a friend but if we vibe, great!
