We have a small bedroom for rent, it is not furnished but for an additional monthly amount we can provide a bed and dresser if needed. This manufactured home is on an acre of beautiful lush property located on the NW side of Tucson. There are two properties on the acre, The main home (we live in) and the second is the rental. There is low crime rate and it is very close to the Pavillions shopping center, Twin Peaks Outlet, the I10 freeway, Parks, trails and restaurants.

Right now there is a 23 year old female who works full time and goes to school. She is very quiet and clean. There is also a 23 year old male who also works full time Mon-Fri. The male is the one the bathroom will be shared with. He is also clean and quiet.
