Alexandria's room

I live in a 2bed 1bath apartment. Everything would be shared, I have no problems sharing or going in on things together. I will say I don’t have major furniture yet as I’ve only lived here since 08/05/23. If you prefer to not share things and have it as your things and mine, that I can also respect.No worries about me touching or going through your things, and I would hope I get the same treatment. I have in unit laundry machines. Free for use. I will continue paying utilities so you don’t have to worry about that. I do have Wi-Fi already (think I’m gonna switch soon though to Xfinity). I am friendly but I also keep to myself.I like music though and I do have shower concerts lol. I don’t mind guest/visitors. I mind my own business as well. I don’t mind smokers, (I do prefer that you do it outside, as I have a balcony). It’s just me, but I do have two kittens and also sometimes have visitors myself. Rent would be 800 split even between us both. I am easy to communicate with and I don’t like problems or drama so if ever there are any concerns the door is open for communication. The apartment has a pond in the back and a walk path if you like those kind of things.

Just me and my kittens. I don’t have any other roommates. Again guest are welcome, or significant others.
