The Aventine Apartment Complex. 2 bedroom apartment is just under 1,000 square feet. 2nd floor with no units above. Private room with private bathroom across the hall. There is almost always parking available directly in front of the unit or in the immediate surrounding area inside of the complex. Pool/jacuzzi and on site gym access included. Great Wifi. In unit washer and dryer. There is no smoking in the complex (their rules not mine). Shared kitchen, dining room, and living room. My current room mate just moved out so the living room is unfurnished at the moment. $1200 covers rent and utilities.
