Ruben's room

Located in the lovely city of Encinitas , just six minutes from moonlight beach by car, groceries stores: Sprouts, trader joes, Vons, walmart, stater brothers. Restaurants: Thai, sushi, mexican, korean, Mediterranean. Banks: Chase, bank of america, wellsfargo, pharmacies: walgreens and cvs, schools within a block. Property has pools, jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse, bbq grills.

I am a hardworking man, non smoker, i work a lot ( workaholic) I am rarely at home, mostly for showers or rest, rarely use the kitchen, kitchen has two refrigerators ( one for you and one for me) i do not have pets and prefer no pets because i am allergic ( if you bring a pet, it will remain in your room and you will pay a $600 deposit fee for carpet damage or any damages your pet makes) I am ok if you have kids.
