I am looking for a female roommate to rent my spare, fully furnished bedroom with private bath in a 3bd/2.5ba home. Located in a great neighborhood in Seminole Heights with bars and restaurants within walking distance and less than a mile to the freeway. All utilities included, open to a short or longer term lease.

I am a 43 yr old single professional who works from home. I am very active and enjoy being social and experiencing everything Tampa Bay has to offer. I also travel fairly often so you will definitely enjoy some alone time. I do dogsit on occasion so please know that I may have animals in the house!
