Chelsea's room

The home is in a new development in a quiet neighborhood with quick & easy access to I-35. The furnished bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet and under bed storage drawers. You’ll have your own bathroom located just across from your bedroom.

I do have another bedroom that is unfurnished if you prefer an unfurnished room. Or if you’d like additional space, you may also rent the second bedroom for a little more each month. These two rooms are directly across from one another and could potentially create a private “suite” feel as both rooms and bathroom are all located in the same hallway. Just an option!

You’ll have your own parking space in the driveway or on the street.

I’m a 32 y/o female graduate student at UT and looking for a female renter who is a working professional, travel nurse, or a fellow graduate student. No smoking or drugs.

I have a small cavapoo (a doodle) named Murphy. He is hypoallergenic and very well-behaved. Unfortunately, I can’t accept any additional furry friends.
