Room is upstairs, unfurnished but can be furnished for an add’l $100mo. Wifi, laundry, access to common areas ie. Kitchen, livingroom, backyard patio/bbq, front of house parking (in cul-de-sac), all rooms have lock and key. Great neighborhood and neighbors, 50ft to park/basketball courts/playground/bbq. Full alarm system on property. Rent includes utilities and a $250 deposit is required and can be made in 2 payments. Requirement: Must have job outside of home and show proof. Also 3 references. This is a month to month lease.

My home is very chill as am I and my (husband works alot). We rent two of our 4 rooms. One is already occupied by female. We know all our neighbors personally and watch over eachother daily.
