Very private, bright furnished room (13 feet high ceiling) with hard wood floor, and its own private patio. This is the only room on the 3rd level of a 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths townhouse. Bathroom is on the 2nd level and will be shared with a young male graduate student from LMU, but another half bath is available on the first level. This home is clean, quiet, and peaceful.

One month security deposit ($1,300) plus 1st month rent ($1,300) to move in. Credit and background check ($35) are required. Serious inquiry only. $150 per month for utilities, high-speed wireless internet, cable for TV, amenities, washer/dryer in the unit, and access to the Playa Vista Home Owners’ Club House (The Resort): with gym, pool, and Jacuzzi, plus the Center Point Club. Monthly cleaning service is included in the fee. Parking could be on the street (no meter or permit required), or $100 per month to park in the attached garage. Available now.
