One private room with a shared bathroom upstairs for $925. Room has its own closet. Rent includes utilities and WiFi but you will be responsible for your own household/grocery expenses. House is located near south Natomas conveniently close to highway 80, Natomas shopping centers, 10 minutes from Arden area, 15 minutes from Midtown, and 20 minutes from Sac State. Small but quiet neighborhood. We ask for proof of ID, proof of income ( 1-2 pay stubs ), and at least one rental reference who we can contact.

Upstairs you will find the dryer/washer. We have A/C and heater unit all around the house, parking on the street, and there is a park across the neighborhood. Kitchen is shared, and space will be provided. We are looking to match with a working professional or student who is low maintenance, cleans up after themselves, stays organized, has stability, keeps themselves busy and takes care of the rented room. No smoking or drugs. Our house prioritizes cleanliness in all shared areas and we share a cleaning schedule.
