Megan's room

I’m renting out the third bedroom in my townhouse in Post Falls. Currently there are 3 tenants, 2 females, 1 male. We’re looking for a female roommate who is at least 21, and sign a 3 month lease, with the option to be month to month. No couples. I have a cat, so must be ok with cats. I would prefer no other animals. You would have your own unfurnished room and a shared bathroom with 1 female roommate with additional bathrooms in the house. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. We all work long hours and like to come home to relax, and mostly keep to ourselves. The house is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath. Washer and dryer are on the same floor as the bedrooms. Rent is $600 per month, which includes wifi. Utilities split amongst all roommates. Great location with easy highway access! Currently 2 females and 1 male in the property. One female and the male share the master bedroom. You would share a bathroom with the one female roommate, and there is an additional bathroom on the main level!
