Have one spot available on a 2BR lease starting 12/7/2023, at the Seneca. (I will be moving in on the 7th; you can move in the same day or later.)

Rent is $695 per person. Water and trash are included in rent; electric and internet are payable by us. (You’ll need to fill out an application with the property at livetheseneca.com and pay a $60 application fee; I’m willing to reimburse that.)

The property has a very good gym, very responsive maintenance, and good noise isolation between apartments. It’s 30 minutes or less walking distance from basically everything you can think of in the downtown/Arena District areas… except for a decent grocery store (the closest of those will be a roughly 5 minute drive to one of the Short North, Bexley, or the Brewery District).

I’m a 32 year old AMAB non-binary professional working for DFAS on the east side (about 99.5% remote). My hobbies include going to EDM shows, traveling, video games, and trying out new restaurants.

I’m reliable with payments, respectful, quiet, pretty laid back overall, and good at keeping things clean; looking for a roommate that values largely the same things.

I tend to mostly be social away from home, but if I do have people over, I’ll try to give at least 24 hours notice.

Additionally, I’m a current dialysis patient waiting on a kidney transplant; as long as that’s still the case there will be biweekly supply deliveries from Fresenius Kidney Care on Monday in a 4-hour window (which they usually call me the previous Thursday to announce, so if you’re my roomie I’ll let you know immediately once I’ve received that call).
