I’m the shipping manager for All PRO Fasteners in Arlington. I’m a big Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and Football fan period. This a very clean Duplex, all tile floors. The 2 rooms are not furnished. I also have 1 roommate moving in Oct. 1 All bills paid with a disclaimer on the Electric bill. It usually runs $135-$150 by myself, so anything over that the 2 roommates will split the difference.
