Very spacious, clean, unfurnished room is available for a clean, respectful, responsible person with a full time job. Size of the room is 22×10, walk-in closet is 8×10 (could be used as an office).

The room is private and is only for 1 occupant. The bathroom is newly renovated and all yours. It is a townhouse in a safe neighborhood (just a few blocks from Western Branch high school). It is located in Chesapeake Western Branch area - near North Suffolk and Churchland Portsmouth, just 15-20 minutes away from Norfolk and Newport News.

Bedroom door has a key. It is a clean, family oriented home - 2 parents and 2 children reside in this townhouse. We are the owners. No alcohol, no drugs, no pets are allowed.

The rent is $800. Security deposit is $500. You will have to have both amounts when moving in. Deposit is refundable if there is no damage done, and room cleaned before moving out. All utilities are included (electricity, water, trash, highest speed internet FIOS). We will sign a contract for a minimum of 6 months (after 6 months it could go to month-to-month).
