Great space, near all amenities. Modern space to share. All utilities included, Wifi, AC/Heat, laundry onsite, free parking. Minimum stay 30 days, but prefer 90 days or longer. Room is Available. Please contact if serious and if have some questions.

Rooms are rented to working professionals. We have had healthcare workers, Engineers, medical students, people who were in financial district just to give you guys an idea. I thrive for a healthy and positive environment for all our guests. If guest is not a good fit, I will not rent to them. Looking for people who are respectable, clean with a healthy attitude. If this sounds ideal please reach out. Candidate must be able to provide proof of funds and employment in order to proceed. No pets due to other guests that may be allergic.
