There are 2 bedrooms. Both unfurnished. 1st Bedroom with ensuite private bathroom the other bedroom has a separate bathroom. Utilities are included. Move in date would be ASAP. Shared kitchen, laundry area (with washer and dryer) and living room. Must fill out application form, show proof of income, must pass credit and background check (paid for by applicant). Income should be 3x monthly rent, must show job reference and previous landlord references.
