North Rock Island

I live in Old Town Wichita, in a historic building built in 1910. It is close to Kellogg and 135. The room is spacious with huge east facing windows, high ceilings, and carpeted. You will have your own bathroom though it is not directly connected. Kitchen is small but does have in unit laundry (so convenient!) and decent storage. Living room is large but a bit dark, though it is perfect for movie nights in! I do have 2 cats so allergies beware!

I’m Laurel! I am a 23 year old paraprofessional working at an elementary school while I finish my teaching degree. I’m very quiet and laid back. I am not a big cook so I won’t use the kitchen much so most of that space is open for a future roomie! I have 2 amazing kitties, they’re friendly and love pets and attention so cat lovers welcome. I would strongly prefer to meet and chat a few times in person as I like to know the people I live with.
