Sunburst Way

The room has a bed, two night stands, a chair, and a walk in closet. It has its own bathroom, but the bathroom has two doors and is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom.

I am a 29 year old female software engineer who works from home. I have a cat and a dog. The cat gets really cuddly, so if you’re not a cat person it may not be a good fit as I can’t keep him away from people. I cook a lot and love to share food. I also travel a lot, so there may be many times where you are home alone. If you’re not comfortable being alone sometimes that would be a consideration for you. Because I work from home I prefer roommates with good cleanliness habits, but I wouldn’t say I’m overbearing. Just wipe up spills, don’t hoard dirty dishes in your room, and throw trash away and we’re good! I don’t prefer parties in the apartment because there are toddlers below us, but normal gatherings is completely okay. One pro is there’s a security system!
