My old roommate moved out and I’m looking for a new roommate! The available room is the 276 sqft master bedroom in a 1400 sqft 3br/2.5ba condo on top of a hill with a gorgeous sunset view. Has a full private bathroom and large walk-in closet. The area is safe with easy access to shopping nearby in Mira Mesa and Miramar Ranch, and a short drive away to the 15. Washer + dryer in-unit and central A/C. The room is unfurnished but the kitchen, dining room, and living room are furnished and available for communal use. The unit has a 2-car garage and a large back porch. I’m the only other tenant, and use the other two bedrooms.

Couples welcome, but for slightly more rent ($1800/mo). Shared utilities are water, electric, and internet (total ~$200/mo).

I’m a gay 31yo professional living in the Mira Mesa area. I work from home and have two very gentle older cats. I’m a huge fan of boardgames, cooking, hiking, and general nerdy stuff. I sometimes volunteer in Julian at the California Wolf Center on weekends. I value cleanliness very highly and expect all chores to be done equally around the home. I have a small circle of friends that I occasionally have over for casual boardgame, movie, or dinner nights.
