The neighborhood itself is mostly quiet and we have good relationships with our neighbors. The space has a large kitchen for all your cooking and dinning needs. There is also a private hot tub in the backyard and is available for use year round. Hope you like dogs because our house mascot is the amazing corgi, Lewis. He heroically protects our home when we are at work and at night when the raccoons take over the streets. There are two people living at the property, myself (homeowner) and my friend Doug who has lived with me for about 4 years. We both work in Tacoma and have fairly normal work schedules throughout the week. We are in our early 30s and likely would want a candidate in a similar season of life. If you are a young professional or student looking for a peaceful place then we hope to accommodate that.
