With two bus stops within a 2-minute walk, you have easy access to Downtown Boulder Station and the CU Campus.
Availability: December 4, 2023, to February 10, 2024. Rent: $827.50 per month (excluding utilities). Utilities: Wifi $17.50 per month Electricity and Gas: Approximately $50 per month (based on the usage) Security Deposit: $413.75 (refundable, conditions apply).

About the roomies
I am looking to sublet my room as iβm travelling to my home town for the winter breaks. My flat-mate will be there for a couple of days but then he is also leaving for his home town. He is currently doing his Graduate studies at CU and I finished mine in May of 2023 and am currently working at CSU as a Data Scientist.
