I’m a 42 yr old career driven female looking to share the apartment with another nice, respectful female roommate who can help keep everything nice and tidy. This is the first time I am trying having a roommate so open to shorter stays. No smokers, pets or candles. No overnight guests. On occasion I do work from home.
