The bedroom is in a 3b house in the centrally located, quiet neighborhood of University Hills (10 to UT, 13 mins from both downtown and Domain, next to Mueller). The large room (12’*10’) has oak hardwood floors, natural light, a walk in closet, a reach in closet, attached bathroom and opens out to a balcony that looks over the creek.
Amenities include laundry room (washer + dryer), garage, equipped kitchen, shared living space, pool and large backyard deck with space for yoga.
The ideal roommate is neat, respectful, and cool. 1 month deposit required, no other dogs and at least 6 month lease. Please feel free to email/text with any questions.

I am an architect, quiet, neat, and very easy going. My girlfriend works in tech and food. We both enjoy traveling and cooking. I have an amazing Goldendoodle who loves people.
