You can remove any bedroom furniture as needed. Use of all kitchen utensils, and dishes, pot and pans plus room for own. Laundry on premises. Close to Old Town. Parking on street or driveway. Owner on premises Though not required, will reduce rent for live in caregiver/cook. Some household chores but no personal care. Near Oscar Frazier park (with dog park) Access to pool in community.

Female Owner (63) plus male roommate (34). Will reduce rent for household chores/cooking (not required). Will discuss responsibilities. I have house cleaned every other week.
