Less than 1 mile from downtown and train station. Quiet neighborhood with well maintained large grassy lot. We have a private furnished bedroom in the house waiting for the right person. There are two bathrooms in the main house (one upstairs & the second downstairs). Downstairs shared laundry room with washer and dryer. Utilities are included with rent: high speed internet, water, gas, electricity, sewer pest control, and landscape maintenance. $1,400 refundable security deposit required. Proof of verifiable income to support rent payment or co-sign needed. We can be flexible with your move in date if you are a perfect fit for the home. Possible in person interview with landlord approval for mutual agreement between all tenants.
