Rent (your portion): Approx $1,887.5-$1,912.5 per month (I am waiting to hear from my management about a discount) The rent does not include utilities, which will be an additional $45 per month. Utilities charged with rent: LAHD Systematic Code Enforcement Fee, water, sewage, and trash. LADWP bill is paid bi-monthly and your portion will range between $35-$45. Internet, gas, and cable are free.
About the building: Courtesy Patrol on Evenings and Weekends, pool, jacuzzi, gym, covered gated tandem parking.
About the area: Ideally situated just steps from exceptional fine dining, parks, museums, the original Farmer’s Market, and The Grove, the apartment is only 20 minutes from the beach or downtown. Just around the corner are LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Wednesday afternoon local farmer’s markets on Wilshire and Curson, and much more.
