Looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom townhome with. Very well established H.O.A. ran neighborhood , community pool. 5 min from Wrightsville Beach. Across from Islands on Racine Dr. Ashton Place Townhomes. You will have entire upstairs to yourself which is 2 bedrooms, private loft and private bath. We will share the entire home. Kitchen. Laundry room. Living room. Dining room… patio with grill.. looking to teamup with responsible person. No Couples and no pets .no exceptions… looking for someone that does not feel they have to stay on their area . Want someone that feels comfortable with the entire home and also help out keeping home up I have a very small dog that is very clean well groomed and loves everyone…. must be 🐕 and 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. idea roommate would be full of positive energy, responsible respectful. And Comfortable with myself and the home to where they treat it like their own home. Want to feel more like family or friend rather than a roomate… 1 year lease required. I am a very big hearted Hardworking, easy to vibe with guy…my bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs . So we have plenty of privacy. 2000 Sq ft brick townhome. You would be responsible for half of electric, water. .. 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 is completely furnished
