2 bdrm/2 bath duplex unit, unfurnished room and your own bathroom for rent. Current roommates furniture and accessories are showing but not included. Laminate floors throughout, Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Utilities: Power and water divided equally. (The power bill is in the current roommates’ name so that will need to be established and deposit made.) The water and trash bill is in my name and I have limited Internet as well. (Not included.) Lease is for 1 yr. *Must be approved by property management company. Pets: One cat possible with $300 non-refundable pet deposit. (Must be fixed, no spraying, up to date on shots, litter trained and strictly an inside cat.) Property management keeps $250 for cleaning fees at end of lease ($125 each). Washer and dryer hookups available but do not have either. No smoking inside property. (No throwing cigarette butts in the yard.) Lawn service provided by owner.

I’m over 50, and have lived here two years. The duplex is mostly furnished with the exception of bedroom and other bathroom.
I work twilight shift (3am - 9am) and usually 6 days a week. I usually go to bed before 7pm (Sundays 5 or 6pm), so I need someone who’s quiet in the evenings and I prefer no other people at the house. Definitely no over night guests.
I have an older, fixed, short haired female cat. Up to date on all vaccines and in good health. (She’s skittish with new people and sometimes a little psycho. Just saying.) I’m laid back and easy to get along with. I like cleanliness, but I’m not OCD. Please message me for any questions or interests and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
