I need someone who’s neat and clean especially cleans up after themselves. I’m offering a bedroom that comes with closet and new double bed. Shared bathroom. Rent includes all utilities w electric, gas, water, internet.

I am a visual artist. I work in the studio located in back of house. I currently have 3 very friendly dogs and plan no more. So you should be dog friendly. I need dog care once a week. Dogs are backyard trained no walking. Just let them out and feed them and I will reduce your rent by $100/mos. the dogs are my roommates so care is not mandatory but helpful.
