This is NOT a house rental! This is for a roommate! I have two separate rooms for rent in a quiet establish neighborhood very convenient to I-40. About 99% of the renters are travel, healthcare professionals with signed contracts with one of the nearby, hospitals or clinics. Since we do work shift work, hours of sleep and wake may vary so these are the preferred renters. NO PETS OF ANY KIND. Please note again- as traveling shift workers - this is not the environment for children as sleep schedules vary and my dogs are not used to children. I myself am a healthcare professional that works overnight. You may or may not share a bathroom, depending on if both rooms are rented. You MUST be clean, clean up after yourself as you go. No maid service, however cleaning services can be arranged.
There is plenty of room in the kitchen and fridge and driveway parking. You must be dog friendly as I have two very sweet dogs of my own who are not child friendly and we are there intermittently. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED. I will get back to your message ASAP since I sleep during the day and work nights, please be patient with me.
