Southeast Tacoma Street

There are currently 2 apartments looking for one roommate per apartment. I am a female looking for one female to take over one of the bedrooms in my two bedroom apartment, and my male neighbor is looking for one male roommate to fill one room in his two bedroom apartment. We live at the end of the sellwood bridge across from a bar called, “muddy rudder”, located in Sellwood, SE Portland! I need to find a female tenant by the end of November, and my roommate is in need of a male tenant asap! The apartment is a good size and so are the rooms. The living room, kitchen and the bathroom are all shared spaces. As long as you’re organized, I dont mind if you want to put some of your things or furniture out in the living room. The apartment has great, big windows that I find really nice and ive been told it feels similar to living in a tree since i guess its relaxing and were surrounded by well kept greenery. Included in our rent is a storage unit downstairs underneath the apartments. This is where the washer and dryer are, which i find handy, they take quarters. It’s a small apartment complex, only 6 apartments total. We are in apartments 1 and 2 which sit behind the first row of apartments. l enjoy living here very much! I feel safe living here and we actually are hidden well from the street. The landlord is a great handy-man, helpful and friendly.

My name is Sky and I am 29 years old. I live in one of the rooms with my cat, Britney. I work full time/ create my own schedule, as a self-employed cosmetologist. My days off are usually Sunday and Monday and I usually am home when I’m not at work. I sometimes have guests over, but not very often. I usually stay in my room for the most part with my cat, however, I would really enjoy spending more time in the living room and I have been working on getting some furniture out there. I typically spend a lot of time cleaning just to maintain the apartment since I really dont care for clutter or filth. Who does? LOL During the day I let my cat,, Britney Spears, out of my bedroom and leave the door open so she can walk around. If you don’t want her going in your room, I recommend just keeping your door closed, but she knows not to go into that room as of now. She is actually very smart and VERY VERY sweet! Oh and she is VERY clean. LOL Our neighbors are very friendly and pretty quiet. I chat with them here and there. Overall, I love living here, and I can’t wait to find a roommate who is kind, respectful, clean and communicative. :)
