This spacious and conveniently located room in Donelson is perfectly appointed for roomies. The room can be furnished with a full bed and linens, blackout curtains, desk, chair, dresser, mirror, laundry hamper, and closet. Professional biweekly cleaning is included. If requested, Prince Harry (cat) and Archie (dog) will provide unlimited cuddles at no additional fee.

The common areas include: living room with couch, bench, smart TV and streaming services, dining area, onsite washer/dryer, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutting boards, tons of utensils, Instant Pot and Air Fryer, food scale, blender, wine bottle opener, and a fully automatic espresso machine to get your work day started off right! The shared bathroom was recently fully renovated and roomies will have their own dedicated shelf/drawers for toiletries.

The property features a large fenced in backyard for privacy, firepit, hammock, lounge chairs, and a gas grill with grilling utensils.

I am in my late 30s and recently took 9 months off to switch careers to software development.
