Howdy! I’m looking for a responsible, clean, completely drama-free roommate. If you’re a couple/partnership, we can talk about you both renting for around $1000/month. The garage space is available for an additional $50/month. The furniture can be moved to the other spare room if you want to bring your own.

I live in a spacious house with high ceilings, fans in every room, and hard wood floors. Close to both 281/1604; HEB, subway, and a bunch of other stores are right down the street. You’d have the guest bathroom to yourself. House is located in a safe, friendly neighborhood, a small park is right up my street, and an entrance to McCallister Park trails is right in the neighborhood. Proof of income and a letter of reference will be required after an initial interview. It’s a great place to live!
